Tasks

• Execution of the sales/purchase’s contracts with inherent planning follow up
• Issuing specific shipping documents and ensuring contract execution with diligence and responsibility
• Opening L/C with adequate follow up & amendments if needed
• Documents issuance as per L/C Terms
• Monitoring contractual position
• Mitigate and reporting any operational risks to the Mgmt
• checking cargo insurances policies
• Stock reporting
• Preparation / Verification / issuance of Shipping documents
• Invoicing and entries into the system
• Monitoring accounts payables & receivables (L/Cs – BG – CADs – Deposits) and customers’ performance
• Completing cargo insurance policies
• Handling various claims customers questions
• Working closely with different Teams around the World (Trading – Freight – Accounting)
• Able to cope with different cultures – Position located abroad

Profile

• BSc / MSc preferably in Economics/Agri/Supply Chain
• 5 years of experience in a similar Forwarding / Execution position
• Available quickly
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English – other languages a+ (French – Portuguese – Arabic)
• Flexible, reliable with ability to take decisions
• Able to work under pressure
• Good communication skills
