For an Intl Trading Co. based in Switzerland we are looking for a Junior Operator – L/C Exp. (Russian speaking)

Tasks

• Responsible for Documentary instructions – L/C & SB L/C opening
• Check and prepare sales / purchase transactional documents (BLs, Insurance, etc.)
• Invoicing and payments with inherent follow-up
• Maintain the booking of all transactions / data into the system
• Take part in the due diligence process in regard to suppliers
• Provide day-to-day operational support

Profile

• 2-3 years of experience in Operations / Documentary Credits within a Commodity Trading House
• Dry Commodity exp. – a strong advantage
• Russian – English & French
• Flexible and reliable
• Able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
