For an Intl Trading Co. based in Switzerland we are looking for a Forwarding Junior Assistant
Tasks
- Issuing and following-up Sales and Purchase contracts
- Checking and following-up Invoices (Sales and Purchase sides)
- Stock monitoring and reporting
- Liaise with external providers (Inspection – Insurance – etc.)
- Ensuring the input of invoices in the Accounting software
- Preparing payments
Profile
- Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position in a Commodity Trading / Shipping Co. / Forwarding Agent
- Business / Commercial Education or equivalent
- Fluent English – German a+
- Flexible – Team-player mindset
- Good IT skills
