For an Intl Trading Co. we are looking for a Trader Grain / Corn
Tasks
- Follow execution of cash book
- Send all contracts, futures activity and pricing in a timely manner
- Preparation, monitoring and reporting of P&L
- Internal communication of market intelligence
- Negotiation of physicals in the FOB markets
- Monitor the macro-trends of financial markets and global economy
- Trade futures with the main purpose of optimizing profits of the supply chain
- Understand the financial derivatives designed to hedge the price risk
Profile
- Min. 3-5 years of experience as Trader – grain exp.
- Experience in US / South American markets an advantage
- Proven track record in an international commodity company
- Good knowledge of Market Regulations and Structures
- University Degree in Business or similar
- Fluent English – French & other languages a+
- Able to make decisions and close deals
- Strong negotiation skills
- Flexible, proactive and team spirit
