For an Intl Trading Co. based in Switzerland we are looking for a Trade Finance Officer

Tasks

• Responsible for the Global Co.’s Trade Finance interactions
• Follow-up of cash positions
• Mgmt of stock positions financed by Banks
• Close Relationship with Commercial Banks here & abroad
• Follow-up of shipping schedule
• Coordination of financing instruments
• Handling of Credit insurance
• Participation in annual closing
• Various calculations & analysis i.e. provisions for transportation – financing expenses – etc.
• Regular reporting to Top Mgmt

Profile

• Ideally 5-10 years of experience in Trade Finance within Commodity Trading Co. / Commercial Banks
• Excellent knowledge of Physical Trade Operations
• Commercial Degree – or equivalent
• Fluent in English – French & other languages a +
• Strong IT skills – ERPs exp.
• Team player – Open-minded – Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
