For an Intl Trading Co. based in Switzerland, we are looking for a TF / Structured Trade Finance Officer having dealt with L/Cs and other classical financing instruments

Tasks

• Prepare and review documents linked to financial transactions (such as Contracts – Letters of Credit – Guarantees – etc.)
• Supporting Operations Teams to issue & execute related Trade structure documentation
• Liaise accordingly with Commercial Banks
• Ensure the follow-up linked to these documents
• Monitor payments related to these transactions
• Updating and following up the Company’s positions / outstanding with the Banks
• Reconciliation of trades
• Managing the Company’s exposures

Profile

• Between 5 – 10 years of experience in Trade Finance within Commercial Banks
• Strong exp. in Letters of Credit – Documentary tools / instruments
• University Degree in Finance
• Fluent in English – other languages, an advantage
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Team player – Details-oriented
