New promising challenge for a Sourcing Manager with a proven experience in Iron Ore to support a strong dedicated Sales Team

Tasks

• Develop physical Iron Ore sourcing activities
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with Suppliers
• Work closely with the Front Office in order to develop trading strategies
• Responsible for negotiating deals
• Provide support to the Physical Trading functions
• Act as a point of contact between the different Dept./ Hubs to ensure efficient customer service

Profile

• 5 – 10 years of experience in sourcing / trading / procurement of Iron Ore
• Strong understanding of Iron Ore, Steel Markets and inherent logistics
• University Degree in Business or equivalent
• Fluent in English – other languages a+
• Excellent commercial – communications & interpersonal skills
• Team player able to work independently
• Strong business acumen, able to spot trends and opportunities
• Flexible and readiness to travel
