For a Multi-Commodities Trading Co. based in Switzerland, we are looking for a Senior Trade Execution Officer with Bulk & Containers exp.

Tasks

• Sales / purchases Contracts execution (Dry / Liquid / Soft / Petchem): Contract issuance – checking – amendments – follow-up
• Documentary instructions – Inspectors nominations – L/C negotiation – stock management – Insurance declaration
• Coordination of documentation
• Cashing process follow up with Banks
• Following up loading and discharging operations
• Cargo invoicing and settlement with inherent value follow-up
• Stock monitoring and reporting
• Data input into the operational system

Profile

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Bulk & Containers Operations – Contracts Execution
• Experience with multimodal logistics a +
• Excellent knowledge of inherent contract terms – banking regulations – incoterms
• Fluent in French & English – other languages a +
• Flexible and reliable – able to work independently under pressure and stress
• Good communication skills
