For an Intl Trading Co. based in Singapore we are looking for a Senior Middle Officer – Oil Trading Exp.

Tasks

• Daily production and reporting of P&L and positions for the Management and Trading Desk
• Investigating P&L discrepancies when required
• Monitoring trading exposure on a daily basis
• Ensuring completeness and correctness of booking in line with the Risk and P&L methodology
• Pricing exposure reconciliation with Trading Desk
• Daily hedging reporting per Desks
• Allocation of hedges to the physical books
• Report market data to Traders
• Enter and validate paper trades in the system
• Upload Forward Curves in the system
• Outstanding costs review and reporting
• Data management within ETRM
• Contact with Banks for paper allocations
• Contract validation in the system

Profile

• 7-10 years of hands-on experience in Middle Office within the Oil Trading Industry
• University Degree in Math / Engineering / Finance / Equivalent
• Strong IT skills – VBA
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work autonomously with precision under pressure – and to challenge business decision
• Proactive / Self-motivated / Numerate / Problem solving spirit
• Excellent communication skills
