Tasks

• In charge of leading and developing the Risk Dept. Team
• Responsible for managing and controlling Credit – Market – Operational – Liquidity Risks
• Maintain and develop the Risk Management function of the Bank (risk policies & procedures – rating models – market risk methodologies)
• Ensure compliance with Swiss regulatory requirements from a Risk point of view
• Manage inherent Risk reporting at Mgmt level
• Special attention to maintain and further develop efficiency of Risk IT System with the professionals

Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in Risk Management within Banks in Switzerland
• Experience in Credit Risk Management & Monitoring
• Excellent understanding of Banking products / tools and inherent associated risks
• Strong knowledge of Swiss Banking regulations
• Experience using VAR
• University Degree in Finance / Economics / Equivalent
• Fluent in English & German other a +
• Excellent communication (written + oral) – natural ability to build up confidence in any relationships – managerial predisposition and excellent presentation skills
• Good IT skills
• Detail-oriented – Analytical – Creative
