We are looking for a Collateral Management – Senior Manager to be based in Benelux

Tasks

• Administration, organization and control of required collateral
• Ensuring permanent control of the collateral structures
• Overseeing the value of the underlying goods financed and performing margin calls to the customers
• Approving and monitoring transactions to ensure they remain within agreed credit parameters
• Providing release instructions to warehouses / forwarders and information updates to relevant counter parties
• Maintenance of the database of the collateral portfolio (reconciliation – market prices update – registering of movements of the financed goods/assets – management of the supporting documents)
• Developing IT-based tools for the collateral management
• Building and maintaining the information exchange framework between all the parties involved

Profile

• 3 years of experience in Collateral Management / Middle office / Loan administration within a Commercial Bank or a Commodity Trading Co.
• University degree in IT / Accounting / Finance or equivalent
• Excellent IT skills (including databases management)
• Fluent in English
• Strong communication skills
