For an Intl Trading Co. based in Switzerland we are looking for a Back-Office Contract Admin. – Dry Commodities Exp.

Tasks

  • Following up open terms contracts from the signature until the receipt of full Cargo payment
  • Preparing shipping documents as per contract terms
  • Monitoring cashing process in the system – debit note – credit advice – etc.
  • Keeping the IT system updated according to transaction evolution
  • Providing support to Sales – Accounting – Insurance – Logistics – Legal – etc.

Profile

  • Ideally a couple of years of experience in Back-Office / Administration working on Contracts – Shipping documents – Invoicing linked to Commodity Trading (Dry Commo ideally)
  • Good understanding of Incoterms – Shipping documents (BL – insurance certificates – etc.)
  • Fluent in French & English – other languages a+
  • Strong IT skills – Previous experience with an ERP such as Brady / FinAccount / FinTrade or similar Commodity Trading tools
  • Open-minded – Enthusiastic – Team spirit – Able to work under pressure
  • Available rapidly
